Animal and plant health inspection service, animal damage control plan and agreement -a budget plan has been prepared setting forth state, federal, and local responsibility and contract 12-34-73-0248-RA has been prepared with the U..,S. Department of Agriculture in amount of $32,403 .which is to become effective July 1. x.989 and continue indefinitely, subject to amendment -action requested - APPROVE THE BUDGET PLAN, AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 32. Milk.examinati.on agreement - agreement no. 89-0341 has beef prepared with tk~e State Department of Food and Agriculture covering -milk examinations by tre Public Health Department to be reimbursed at a rate of 511.50 per milk sample tested. The agreement covers the period July ].,..1989 through June 30, 1992 in the estimated amount of $2,'300 per year - action requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.
