deputy sheriff position previously assigned to the

Superior Court judges to 589,851 and Municipal Court

an agreement has been prepared with the Butte County Fair
Association for the operation, maintenance, repair, and
upkeep of the Gr.idley'~~pool in the maximum amount of
$32.195 covering the" period July 1, 1989 through
June 30, 1990 - action requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.
31. Animal and plant health inspection service, animal damage
control plan and agreement -a budget plan has been
prepared setting forth state, federal, and local
responsibility and contract 12-34-73-0248-RA has been
prepared with the U..,S. Department of Agriculture in
amount of $32,403 .which is to become effective
July 1. x.989 and continue indefinitely, subject to
amendment -action requested - APPROVE THE BUDGET PLAN,
AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.
32. Milk.examinati.on agreement - agreement no. 89-0341 has
beef prepared with tk~e State Department of Food and
Agriculture covering -milk examinations by tre Public
Health Department to be reimbursed at a rate of 511.50
per milk sample tested. The agreement covers the period
July ].,..1989 through June 30, 1992 in the estimated
amount of $2,'300 per year - action requested - APPROVE
AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.

36. Auditor's Office destruction of records - the Auditor
requests authorization, pursuant to Government Code
