Call to order a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 - Board of Supervisors
Room, County Administration Building, 25 County Center Drive,
Oroville. Supervisors present: Houx, Davis, and Chair Dolan.
Also present: John S. Blacklock, Chief Administrative Officer; and
Marion Reeves, Assistant Clerk of the Board. Not present:
Supervisors Beeler and Josiassen.
