Community Action Agency 1983 summer food program audit - the audit is being submitted as performed by the accountancy firm of Matson & Tsom and reflects no exceptions or questioned costs. Action requested: ACCEPT AUDIT REPORT. 26, Community Action Agency summer youth food program - a contract has been prepared with United States Department of Agriculture covering the serving of 240 lunches and 120 snacks for children in Gridley and Oroville for the period July 18 through August 31 at an expected cost of $14,530. Action requested: ACCEPT CONTRACT AS APPROVED. 27. Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 83-844-104 - the contract with the State Office of Economic Opportunity provides an additional $69,618 in energy crisis assistance funds to be used in assisting low income people to meet energy costs during time of emergency. Action requested: ACCEPT CONTRACT AMENDMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AND AUTHORIZE CONTINUATION FOR ADVANCE FUNDING. 28. Land Conservation Act Agreement for James W.
