85-500- Appointment of Board of Supervisor member and alternate to
participate in development of a work program for the proposed
Tri-County Economic Development Distract grant to be submitted
to the Economic Development Administration.
Motion: APPOINTED SUPERVISOR DOLAN AS MEMBER AND
SUPERVISOR McLAUGHLIN AS ALTERNATE.

85-5O~j~ Me11o-Roos Community Facilities Act Seminar - the Board, in
cooperation with the City of Chico has agreed to participate
in an infrastructure committee, and Mike McEnespy has agreed
to attend a seminar as the county's delegate.
Motion: AUTHORIZED TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR MIKE McENESPY TO ATTEND
THE SEMINAR IN OAKLAND.
