Action requested: APPROVE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZE THE CALL FOR BID WITH BIDS TO BE OPENED ON AUGUST 15, 1984, AT 2:30 P,M. IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE, 14.
