Kate McCracken - a contract has been prepared, as part of the expanded Homeless Emergency Runaway Effort (H.E.R.E), to provide alcohol and drug services to at-risk youth and their families. Butte County Schools - an agreement has been prepared to provide an adolescent day treatment program far severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents. Chico Community Hospital - an agreement has been prepared to provide for meals to inpatients at Butte County Mental Health. Victor Residential Centers, Inc. - an agreement has been prepared to provide an intensive residential treatment program for mentally ill adolescents referred from Butte County Mental Health.
