counsel; and Lauretta Munster, deputy clerk of the Board.

88-468 Richard Price, agricultural commissioner, presented the Agriculture
Department budget. NO ACTION TAKEN.
88-469 Elizabeth Maxon, public guardian, presented Public Guardian budget.
NO ACTION TAKEN
88-470 Sheriff Leroy Wood, presented budgets far Administration, Operations,
Incarceration, Student Drug Use Abuse, Narcotics Task Force, OCJP
Youth Links, and the Jail Consent Decree. NO ACTION TAKEN

Libraries and Literacy Grant. NO ACTION TAKEN
Rhonda Hoffman, Paradise, expressed efifiorts put forth by the Butte
County Library Association in support of the libraries.
Dianne Helms, Paradise, spoke in support of libraries.
