Called to order at 12:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room, County Administration Building, 25
County Center Drive, Oroville. Supervisors present: Dolan, Kirk, Lambert, Yamaguchi, and Chair
Connelly. Also present: Scott Tandy, Interim Chief Administrative Officer; Bruce Alpert, County
Counsel; and Traci Stumbaugh, Deputy Clerk of the Board.
