Cail to order at 10:00 a.m. the continued meeting of
August 20, 3991 - Board of Supervisors room, County
Administration Building, 25 County Center Drive,
Oroville. Supervisors Houx, Mclnturf, McLaughlin and
Chair Dolan present. Supervisor Fulton not present.
William H. Randolph, chief administrative officer; Susan
Minasian, county counsel; and Carol Roach, assistant
clerk of the Board.
91-397 CLOSED SESSION: The Board reconvened at 10:00 a.m.
in closed session for the purpose of
a personnel matter (interviews for
the air pollution control officer
position).
RECESS: 11:30 A.M.
RECONVENE: The Board reconvened at 1:57 p.m.
following a recess for a continued closed
session for the purpose of a personnel
matter (interviews for the air pollution
control officer position.) (NO
ANNOUNCEMENTS)
ADJOURNMENT: There being nothing further before the
Board at this time, the meeting was
adjourned at 1:57 p.m. to reconvene on
September 17, 1991 at 9:00 a.m.
