Call to order continued meeting of August 21, 1990 -
Board of Supervisors room, County Administration
Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville. Supervisors
Dolan, Fulton, McTnturf, Vercruse and Chairman McLaughlin
present. William H. Randolph, chief administrative
officer; Susan Minasian, county counsel; and Carol Roach,
assistant clerk of the Board.
90-366 A closed session will be necessary for the purpose of
litigation, personnel matter, and meet and confer.
ADJOURNMENT: There being nothing further before the
Board at this time, the meeting was
adjourned at 3:14 p.m. to reconvene on
Friday, August 24, 1990 at 3:14 p.m. at
a Special Meeting of the Board.

90-367 A salary ordinance amendment - proposed is an ordinance
amending section no. 65 of ordinance no. 2843 entitled
"Payment of Salary and Wages" to modify the provisions
relating to timing of payments - action requested - ADOPT
URGENCY ORDINANCE AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.
MOTION: MOVE TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 2854 AND AUTHORIZE THE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.

PREPARE MONEY ORDERS FOR THE FRIDAY, AUGUST 31,
1990 COUNTY PAYROLL.
