Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, the Butte County
Board of Supervisors called to order a Special Meeting of the
Board in the Board of Supervisors Room, County Administration
Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville. Supervisors
present: Beeler, Houx, Davis, and Vice-Chair Josiassen.
Supervisors not present: Chair Dolan. Also present: John S.
Blacklock, Chief Administrative Officer; Dave McClain, Chief
Deputy County Counsel; and Dorothy Bell, Deputy Clerk of the
Board.
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of
America.
