SUPERVISORS TO SIGN RESOLUTION 90-134 DIRECTING
OUR ATTORNEYS TO FILE A PETITION OF BANKRUPTCY
IN FEDERAL COURT ON SEPTEMBER 7, 1990 IF THE
LEGISLATURE AND THE GOVERNOR HAVE NOT ACTED
RESPONSIBLY TO SOLVE BUTTE COUNTY'S FISCAL
DILEMMA.
