action regarding funding of staff for libraries for
FY 1990/91 - action requested -
1. AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM APPROPRIATION FOR
CONTINGENCIES TO FUND LIBRARY STAFF THROUGH
OCTOBER 31, 1990 {4/5 VOTES REQUIRED) OR
2. NO ACTION, THEREBY PROCEEDING WITH LAYOFF NOTICES
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 30, 1990 PER ADOPTED BUDGET.
