PLAN (IRWMP) MEETING. HE FURTHER HIGHLIGHTED HIS ATTENDANCE AT CALIFORNIA STATE ASSOCIATION OF
COUNTIES(CSAC)AND THE DISCUSSIONS SURROUNDING TRIMMING OF BRUSH TO HELP PREVENT FIRES,AND THE
WATER SUPPLY AND WATER EQUALITY BOND ACT.
SUPERVISOR TEETER DISCUSSED HIS ATTENDANCE AT THE SIERRA NEVADA CONSERVANCY MEETING.
4.03 Update of Budget, Legislative, and Other Current Issues by the Chief Administrative Officer
SHARI MCCRACKEN, CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, BROUGHT FORWARD A DISCUSSION REGARDING THE
NOVEMBER 27, 2018 BOARD MEETING. MS. MCCRACKEN OFFERED THE BOARD TO EITHER CANCEL THE MEETING,
OR MOVE THE MEETING TO NOVEMBER 20, 2018, OR DECEMBER 4, 2018, AND MOVE THE DECEMBER 11, 2018,
TO DECEMBER 18,2018.
THE BOARD DIRECTED MS. MCCRACKEN TO CANCEL THE NOVEMBER 27, 2018 BOARD MEETING,WITH THE CAVEAT
THAT IF ANYTHING EMERGENT AROSE THE BOARD WOULD MEET ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS.
LOUIE MENDOZA,AGRICULTURAL COMMISSIONER, PROVIDED A REVIEW OF THE BUTTE COUNTY 2017 CROP REPORT.

MEETINGS. THE FIRST WILL BE HELD THIS WEDNESDAY AT 10:30 AM AND 6:00 PM IN OROVILLE AT THE SOUTHSIDE
COMMUNITY CENTER,AND THE SECOND WILL BE HELD THIS THURSDAY AT 10:30 AM AND 6:00 PM IN CHICO AT THE
