Family Services Association agreement - the agreement provides for services to the homeless mentally ill population during 1988-89 in the maximum amount of $120,279 - action requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHATRMAN TO SIGN. 39. 1988-89 dental disease prevention contract and Subcontract - contract no. 88-94129 has been prepared with the State Department of Health Services in the amount of $33,750 providing for dental disease prevention services.
