Board of Supervisors County Center Drive, McInturf, Wheeler and chief administrative and Rubye Towns7ey, Absent: Supervisor Fulton received notice of the special meeting, but called and indicated he was i1T and would not be able to attend. 86-536 Shastan Company, Inc. - rezone (item on which an environmental impact report was previously certified} to amend a PAC (planned area cluster) to PUD (planned unit development) zone for 72 lots and a tentative subdivision map for property located between West Sacramento Avenue and Bidwell Avenue, approximately 1000 feet west of Oak Lawn Avenue, identified as AP 43-29-128 and 129, Chico (File 87-4}.
