Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 the Butte County Board
of Supervisors called to order at 8:58 a.m. a Special Meeting in
the Board of Supervisors Room, County Administration Building, 25
County Center Drive, Oroville. Board members present: Supervisors
Connelly, Dolan, Yamaguchi, and Chair Josiassen. Supervisors not
present: Houx. Also present: Paul McIntosh, Chief Administrative
Officer and Marion Reeves, Assistant Clerk of the Board.
