Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 the Butte County Board
of Supervisors hereby called to order at 8:40 a.m., a Special
Meeting in the Board of Supervisors Room, County Administration
Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville. Supervisors present:
Connelly, Kirk, and Chair Dolan. Vice Chair Yamaguchi and
Supervisor Josiassen arrived after the meeting was opened. Also
present: Starlyn Brown, Interim Chief Administrative Officer and
Kathleen Moghannam, Associate Clerk of the Board.

PUBLIC COMMENT (NONE )
Comments to the Board on issues and items not listed on the
agenda. Presentations will be limited to five minutes. Please
note that pursuant to state law, the Board of Supervisors is
prohibited from taking action on any item not listed on the
agenda.
0720-001 THE BOARD RECESSED AT 8:40 A.M. TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING:
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT/APPOINTMENT/RECRUITMENT PURSUANT TO
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957: DIRECTOR OF WATER AND RESOURCE
CONSERVATION.
CHAIR DOLAN ANNOUNCED WHEN SHE OPENED THE MEETING THAT NO
ANNOUNCEMENTS WERE EXPECTED FROM CLOSED SESSION.
ADJOURNMENT: THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE
THE BOARD, THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT
2:10 P.M., TO RECONVENE AT A REGULAR
MEETING OF THE BOARD TO BE HELD
