Paul K. and N. Jeannine Forberg - the lease agreement is for the office space utilized by the Mental Health Department's Community Services Program for the period July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990 in the maximum amount of $3,960 - action requested - APPROVE LEASE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 13. Butte County Office of Education - the agreement is part of the Community Youth Links collaborative project with the Mental Health Department's Alcohol and Drug Division for the period July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990 in the amount of $93,803 - action requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 14. Department of Rehabilitation - the contract renewal in the amount of $11,199 provides vocational rehabilitation services to county residents with alcohol problems through June 30, 1992 pursuant to an annual administrative review and availability of funds - action requested - APPROVE THE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 15. U. C. Davis training contract - the Welfare Department requests approval for contract na. 5-8916 in the amount of $3,200 for two days of on-site training - action requested - APPROVE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 16.
