Call to Order - pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, the
Butte County Board of Supervisors called to order a Special
Meeting. Supervisors present: Beeler, Houx, JosiaSSen, Davis, and
Chair Dolan. Also present: John S. Blacklock, Chief
Administrative Officer; Susan Minasian, County Counsel; and Marion
Reeves, Assistant Clerk of the Board.
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
