Bidwell Nature Center - a contract has been prepared for
$1,500 in accordance with the Fish and Game Commission
budget. Action requested: APPROVE CONTRACT.
Affirmative Action Plan - the 1983 County Affirmative
Action Plan has been prepared. The plan sets forth specific
goals for this coming year and assesses last year's affirma-
tive action efforts. Action requested: APPROVE THE 1983
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN.
Final map - Deer Peak Lake Estates, eleven lots on the east
side of State Highway 70 at Rich Gulch Road, Biq Bend area,
AP 41-03-133. Performance, labor and materials, and main-
tenance requirements have been bonded by multiple maturity
certificates of deposit to guarantee construction and main-
tenance of the improvements. There are no taxes or special
assessments that are payable. Action requested: APPROVE
FINAL MAP; NOTE HIDDEN MINE ROAD, MORTAR ROCK RDAD AND RICH
GULCH ROAD ARE PRIVATE ROADS; ACCEPT EASEMENTS DESCRIBED IN
ITEMS 1, 2 AND 3 OF THE OWNER'S CERTIFICATE ON BEHALF OF THE
PUBLIC; AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT.
Resolution adding Section 15 to Resolution No. 82-110
establishing fees to be charged by the Building Division
of the Department of Public Works for building, plumbing,
mechanical and electrical permits for limited-density
owner-builder rural dwellings. Action requested: ADOPT
