CETA vocation education financial agreement - this financial
', agreement obligates $24,821 of the available $87,463 state
vocational education money to be expended this fiscal year.

Oroville Justice Court - request for discharge of accountability
for collections. Action requested: APPROVE REQUEST.

South Oroville Improvement Project, Phase IV, Project No.
25505E-82-1. Action requested: AUTHORIZE PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
FOR WORK COMPLETED DURING OCTOBER IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,344.25.
1982-83 FY SB 325 transportation claim. Action requested:
APPROVE SB 325 1982-83 TRANSPORTATION CLAIM AND AUTHORIZE
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO SIGN.
Resolution authoxizing:Yuba County to proceed with public
easement of real property within the County of Butte for highway
purposes. Action requested: ADOPT RESOLUTION 82-172.
', Resolution amending Section A of Appendix VII of Resolution 82-68 -
minimum usable lot areas for subdivisions and land divisions
where individual sewage disposal systems are to be used; minimum
