Call to Order - Pursuant to Government Cade Section 54956, the
Butte County Board of Supervisors called to order a Special
Meeting in the Board of Supervisors Room, County Administration
Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oraville. Supervisors
present: Beeler, Houx, and vice-Chair Davis. Not present:
Supervisor Josiassen and Chair Dolan. Also present: John 5.
Blacklock, Chief Administrative Officer; Susan Minasian, County
Counsel; and Dorothy Bell, Deputy Clerk of the Board.
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of
America.
