November 14, 1997 at 9:17 a.m. at ,Johnson's Country Inn,
3935 Morelead Avenue, Chico. Present: Supervisors Beeler,
Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis. John S. Blacklock,
Chief Administrative Officer and Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, and Susan Minasian, County Counsel.
Pledge of allegiance to the Flag of the United States of
America.
