Salary ordinance amendment - corrects the court reporters' salary and reclassifies a position in the Treasurer's Office. Action requested: WAIVE THE SECOND READTNG AND ADOPT ORDINANCE 2320 TO BE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1983. CETA Annual Plan modification -- U.S. Department of Labor has requested that a modification to the FY 83 plan be submitted by November 30, 1982. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the new funding levels released by the Department of Labor. The plan has been approved by the Combined Council. Action requested: APPROVE THE PLAN, AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR TO FORTdARD TO DOL AND THE CHAIRPIAN TO SICK THE STATEMENT OF CON- CURRENCE WITH THE COPiBINED COUNCIL.
