CLOSED SESSION: The Board recessed at 3:00 p.m. to hold a
closed session regarding litigation.
RECONVENE: The Board reconvened at 3:17 p.m. following a
closed session regarding litigation involving
two matters. The Board has chosen to make a
settlement in the matter of Bi11 Houston vs.
County of Butte. The other matter there was
no decision made.
Adjournment: There being nothing further before the Board
at this time, the meeting was adjourned at
