City of Chico agreement - an agreement authorizing the County Health Officer to perform health and sanitation services within the City of Chico which supersedes a similar agreement dated August 15, 1949. Action requested: APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 15. State Department of Water Resources/Northern District agreement for a nitrate study - an agreement has been prepared in the amount of $9,750 for additional work as part of the nitrate sutdy in the Chico area which left unanswered questions. Funding is from state revenues being appropriated by budget transfer B-79. Action requested: APPROVE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN.
