Budget transfers - action requested - APPROVE BUDGET Transfers TRANSFERS B-58, B-61, B-62, B-63r B-64, B-65 AND B-66. 3. South County Municipal Court storage - Board authorization is requested to purchase a 40-foot Iong storage unit at an estimated cost of 52,778 in order to provide additional storage adjacent to the courthouse for closed case files. Budget transfer B-65 has been prepared to provide the necessary appropriation -action requested -AUTHORIZE ACQUISITION OF FIXED ASSET ITEM. 4. Award of bid - Biggs Swimming Pool - bids have been received for fiberglassing of the CSA 31 gaol in Biggs with the low bidder being Rahill Fiberglassing Company of Sacramento in the amount of $8,85a -action requested - AWARD BID AND AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASING OFFICER TO SIGN THE CONTRACT. 5. AB 650 allocation of funds certification - the state requires the Board certify the county appropriations limit will not be exceeded in order to qualify for dispersement of AB 650 monies - action requested -APPROVE CERTIFICATION PREPARED BY AUDITOR- CONTROLLER AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. Food establishment program fees - a resolution has been prepared revising fees for the program to become effective January 1, 1988 -action requested - ADOPT RESOLUTION 87-284 AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 7. Public Health laboratory service fees - a resolution has been prepared revising selected fees for laboratory services - action requested -ADOPT RESOLUTION 87-285 AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 8. Micrographics/automation fees - an ordinance has been prepared raising the Clerk's fees to cover costs of providing automated recordkeeping and micrographic systems in accordance with Government Code Section 549$5 - action requested - WAIVE THE FIRST READING OF THE ORDINANCE. 9. Contract Change Order No. 2 - Highway Safety Project - Roadway Widening and Obstacle Removal, Project No. HES-o00St219) - the change order, in the increasing amount of $5,044.58 provides payment for approved increases in quantities designated as final pay quantities in the contract and includes structural concrete, $4,143.15; and bar reinforcing steel, 5901.43. Funds are available in the project for the additional work -action requested -APPROVE CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 10. 198T-88 federal aid secondary and state highway matching funds apportionment - a resolutin has been prepared covering apportionment as follows; federal aid secondary funds, 5351,496 and state highway matching funds, $100,000 - action requested - ADOPT RESOLUTION 87-286 AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 11. Cooperative fire protection service agreement - an agreement has been prepared with the State Department of Forestry and Fire Protection providing for fire services covering the period July 1, 1987 through June 30, 1988, The contract is in the amount of $2,794,619 - action requested - ADOPT RESOLUTION 87- 2$7 APPROVING THE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. Special schedules - Probation/Juvenile Hall - two employees of the Probation Department have requested they be allowed to "share" a senior juvenile hall counselor position at the Juvenile Hall {Kathryn Barrett-Brown and Vicki Catomerasios}. In accordance with the memorandum of understanding, Board of Supervisors approval is necesary - action requested -APPROVE JOB SHARING AS RECOMMENDED BY CHIEF PROBATION OFFICER AND PERSONNEL DIRECTOR.
