Fire station pavement projects - the County Fire Warden is requesting $27,000 to repair pavement and driveways at the Kelly Ridge and North Chico Fire Stations. Budget transfer 61 would provide funding for these projects. Action requested: APPROVE PROJECTS. Property tax split agreement _ the Chico City Council has approved a resolution agreeing to a 60-40 prooerty tax exchange for three specific annexations.
