Final draft - Hazardous Material Emergency Response Plan for
Butte County. Action requested: ADOPT PLAN.
Fire station pavement projects - the County Fire Warden is
requesting $27,000 to repair pavement and driveways at the Kelly
Ridge and North Chico Fire Stations. Budget transfer 61 would
provide funding for these projects. Action requested: APPROVE
PROJECTS.
Property tax split agreement _ the Chico City Council has approved
a resolution agreeing to a 60-40 prooerty tax exchange for three
specific annexations. Action requested: ADOPT RE50LUTTON 82-185
AGREEING TO A 60-40 SPLIT FOR COLUMBUS'AVENUE ANNEXATION DISTRICT
N0. 3, WEST FOURTH AVENUE ANNEXATION DISTRICT NO. 3 AND CEANOTHUS

Family planning contract amendment - corrects inappropriate
payment provisions. Action requested: APPROVE CONTRACT AMENDMENT.

Butte County Board of Supervisors - rezone (item is categorically
exempt from environmental review) from A-R to AR-MH, property
located east of Upper Palermo Road and south of Lower Wyandotte
Road, Oroville. The Planning Commission proposes M-R (mountain -
recreation subdivision - residential). Action requested: SET
PUBLIC HEARING FOR JANUARY 11, 1983, AT 10:00 A.M.
Contract Change Orders No. 4 and 5 - Dayton Road relocation,
Project No. 44191-75-1, Change Order No. 4 in the increasing
amount of $3,823.12 provides for constructing a retaining wall
to hold up the roadway fill and for replacing a fence. Contract
Change Order No. 5 in the increasing amount of $540.07 provides
for the placing plant mix surfacing on the existing roadway.
Budget transfer 60 would provide funding for these change
orders. Action requested: APPROVE CONTRACT CHANGE ORDERS
NOS. 4 AND 5.
Bus use agreement - provides Butte County Transit use of a
Chico Area Transit System bus for two commute runs each day.
No funds involved. Action requested: APPROVE AGREEMENT.
The Director of Public Works requests a letter of appreciation
be sent to Al Estep, local projects engineer for Caltrans, who
is retiring. Action requested: AUTHORIZE LETTER OF APPRECIATION.
Honcut Volunteer Fire Station - a ten year agreement has been
prepared with Palermo School District to lease a site for the
Honcut Volunteer Fire Station at a cost of $1.00 per year.
Action requested: APPROVE AGREEMENT.
California Department of Forestry cooperative agreement for
FY 1982-83 in the amount of $1,914,493. Action requested:
APPROVE AGREEMENT.
Department of Food and Agriculture - milk sample testing contract
for FY 1982--83 in the amount of $2,498.89 to be received. Action
