Oroville. Supervisors Dolan, Mclnturf and Chairman
Fulton present. Supervisors McLaughlin and Vercruse not
present. William H. Randolph, chief administrative
officer; Neil McCabe, chief deputy county counsel; and
Carol Roach, assistant clerk of the Baard.

89-545 CLOSED SESSION: The Board recessed to closed session
at 10:18 a.m. for actual litigation
pursuant to Government Code Section
5495&.9(a.) of Board of Supervisors
v. McMahon and Organ v. Dolan.
RECONVENE: The Board reconvened at 12:30 p.m.
following a closed session on actual
litigation. (NO ANNOUNCEMENTS)
89-546 Public Comment. (PRESENTATIONS WILL BE LIMITED TO FYVE
MINUTES, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IS PROHIBITED BY STATE
LAW FROM TAKING ACTION ON ANY ITEM PRESENTED IF IT IS NOT

Board at this time, the meeting was
