MOTION: MOVE TO APPRDVE THE RECRUITMENT PLAN AMENDED TO REFLECT
JANUARY 31, 1992 AS THE CLOSING OF THE RECRUITMENT
PERIOD; TO COMPRESS THE PAPER SCREENING, ORAL PANEL, AND
BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION DATES; BOARD OF SUPERVISORS'
INTERVIEWS THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 18, 1992; AND A FLEXIBLE
STARTING DATE OF MARCH 1, 1992. THE SCREENING PANEL TO
CONSIST OF CHAIR DOLAN AND SUPERVISOR HOUX, DIRECTOR-
PERSONNEL, CAO OR ASSISTANT CAO FRDM ANOTHER COUNTY, AND
A REPRESENTATIVE OF MANAGEMENT COUNCIL.
