Apparently upon hearing numerous times, about pesticides, loss of water, groundwater
contamination, the constant stench of pot morning noon and night, day im day out, 2417, week
after week after week ,month, after month, after month for ten months out of the year, guns
going off all hours of the day and night, viscous dogs, drug addicts, drug dealers. Right next door
as a neighbor. Not being able to open any windows ar patio doors, to get fresh air, having to run
the air conditioner 2417. Not being able to enjoy your awn home, not being able to sit an the deck
early in the morning reading the newspaper with your morning cup of coffee. Not being able to
have family or friends over for abar-b-que or anything outside.
Having your property value plummet to zero. Actually your own home,
becoming a liability! ! Isn't that strange? We can't sell our house, we can't even rent it. And
guess what the most hurtful cut of all is. Your very own Supervisor and the Board doesn't care.
Because they don't live theref ! ! . Supervisor Wahl is the only exception. He is the only one who
has integrity and knows the meaning of the word. He is the only with any backbone, and has
compassion for those of us going through sheer hell, because of the prolific number of pot grows.
Because of the incredible allowable amounts of plants approved by the
Board is more proof that the Board doesn't care. Every single parcel mentioned in the draft
proposal is astounding, 66 mature and 33 immature total 99 plants an ten acres is unacceptable.
Especially in the rugged terrain of the foothills. T would especially like thank Supervisor Kirk, far
picking up an, if only 2 or 3 acres aze usable then that dictates how many plants can be grown,
and not to move the set backs closer and closer to the next door neighbor. Actually 7S ft set back
is still to close far 99 plants, 100ft would be better.
Daycare facilities should also be included along with Schools, not only
babies and toddlers are at day raze so aze $-9 and ten year olds, while their parents work.

absolutely ludicrous, not only is it ludicrous its downright dangerous. Who in their right mind
dreamed this one up. Oh yes the pot growers lawyer. Lets see the complainers name and address
and to be provided and an camera. Lets put a target on their backs as well. If and when a
complainant turns up dead. Who can the family blame? Oh yes it was the Board of Supervisors
who approved this ordinance. For the safety of its own citizens this section must be taken out.
Advocate for the RIGHT to enjoy my own home, and my family. Far the peace and
tranquility and quality of life.
