* Being deprived of my civil right to due process in the hearing on the petition
placed a pleading hurdle between me and my right to due process. I am not
supposed to have to plead for my civil right to due process -that right was to have
been afforded me in the hearing on the petition. And I cannot afford to pay an
attorney to assist me as you suggested, and your attorneys {Kimberly Merrifield
and Brace Alpert of county Counsel) commit fraud on the court as #o both law and
fact in my appeals. I'd be happy to point out the fraud. {The misrepresentation as
to the law was to cover the court's bad, but the misrepresentation of material facts
is as to Children's Services crimes. Misrepresentation of material facts being
affirmative evidence of guilt, indicating that County Counsel is aware that
Children's Services committed the crimes.}
