I believe you must, based on this and on the case law I read re wherein Children's Services employees did the things they did in my case and the County is held liable too. I understand that your jurisdiction is mainly about money but doesn't it naturally follow that since the County is financially liable for acts such as those of Children's Services in my case, that you would have some jurisdiction to act to protect the County's money from Children's Services acts against children and against the U.S. Constitution? The man that was seated to my left at the last meeting I attended stated something to the effect that my complaints have been looked into. If so, this would indicate that --- well, it indicates a lot but I'll address it when I am able to come up with the ransom on my foster child* and so be afforded my civil right to due process in the hearing on the petition Children's Services f led after they kidnapped my foster child (and it is kidnapping as per the law) and then committed the crimes of perjury, false dating, and suppression of exculpatory evidence in their petition. For now, I just need this man's name. , m ~ ~ ' d a t. r /ham,- ~ I again extend my offer to point out the crimes and civil rights violations that were committed by Children's Services in my case so as to assist you in ensuring that they are trained as to the civil rights of foster parents and foster children as, while you may not be concerned that they abused my foster child, they violated our civil rights and the County is liable for such. ~~ l [~ rSl"CS • ~ ~
