TO OWNER OF RECORD OF PRIVATE PROPERTY
Date: November 10, 2010
Donald E. BRISCOE:
(property owner of record)
PO Box 742B
Brownsville, CA 95919
(address of property owner)
This letter is being written to advise you, as property owner of record, that on October 24,
2010, the property known as 51 Apache Circle, Oroville, was legally searched as a result of an
illegal drug laboratory investigation. Observations made during the search warrant indicate that
hazardous/toxic chemical substances were either transferred, stored,or disposed of on the property.
Governmental seizure and removal of"bulk" chemicals and other hazardous materials has
occurred. Because there may still be significant chemical contamination at the property, copies of
this notification are being sent to local authorities concerned with environmental toxic contamination
pursuant to Division 10, Section 11642(c)(2) of the California Health and Safety Code.
Inquiries regarding this matter should be made to the Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force.
Please refer to investigation case number B10-UO-133 when making inquiries.
Sincerely,
L. Carl Sturdy
