A PROCIAMATfON
BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
[, EDNIUNi] G. BROWN JR., Governor of the State of California, pursuant io section
12000 of the Elections Code, proclaim that a Presidential Primary Election will be held
throughout this State on. Tuesday, the 5th day of June, 2012, al which candidates to the
following offices will be presented tq the voters;
President of the United States;
One United States Senaoor,
Representatlves to the Congress of the United States from each of the 53
congr+sssianal districts of tha State;
State Senators from odd-numbered districts of the AO senatorial districts of the Slate;
Members of the Assembly from each of the 80 assembly districts of the State; and
All such other state, county, judicial, or other officers as arse provided by law to be filled
at such election.
1 further proclaim that at such election there will also be submitted to the voters such
prapased constitutional amendments, ques#ions, and propositions as are required to be sa
submitted by the Constitulion and laws of this State.
