This is the time the Mayor will invite anyone in the audience wishing to address the Council on a matter that is an the
agenda tostate your name and the agenda item on which you wish to speak. When that item comes up on the agenda,
you will be asked #o step to the podium, repeat your name for the record, and make your presentation or ask questions
regarding the agenda item. Fallowing your remarks, Council andlor staff may respond to your comments orquestions.
Presentations are limited to three minutes per person. Under Govemment Code Section 54954.3 the time allotted
for presentations may be limited. ,
1. AB 9484 EMERGENCY PAYMENT TO BUTTE COUNTY AU131TOF~-CONTROi_LER -staff report
The Successor Agency will consider authorizing the payment to the County Auditor-Controller {CAC) as
specified in AB 1484 section 34183.5(b){2){A). (Mikah Saisi, Program Specialist}
Council Action Requested: 1. Authorize the City Staff to pay 5380,295.04 to the CAC based of City
Staff's Revised ROPS and calculation in Attachment B; or 2. Authorize City Staff to pay 52,561,131.04
to the CAC based an the County's calculation in Attachment A.
