MEMORANIUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH BUTTE'COMMUNITY COLLEGE ~=staff report The Council will consider a Memorandum of Understanding between the Oroville Police Department and Butte Community College in support of the submittal of a Coliabora#ive Response to Violence Project Gran#. {Bill La Grone, Chief of Police) Council Action Requested: Adopt Resolution No. 7920- A RESOLUTION OF THE OROVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VICE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE DROVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND BUTTE COMMUNITY COLLEGE IN SUPPORT OF THE SUBMITTAL OF A COLLABORATIVE RESPONSE TO VIOLENCE PROJECT GRANT - {Agreement No. 2064). 3. AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT- WITH D. DIANE MACMILLAN, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE -staff report The Council will consider an Amendment to the EmplaymentAgreement with D. Diane MacMillan, Director of Finance, to receive a merit step salary increase based upon a successful performance evaluation for 2011. {G.
