LOCAL GOVERNMENTS WASTE TIRE ANNESTY PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION TO THE
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES RECYCLING AND RECOVERY (CALRECYCLE).
4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2012 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND
ESTABLISHMENT OF A BUDGET FOR PROGRAM ACTIV171ES -staff report
The Council may consider accepting the 2012 Community Development Block Grant allocation, Agreement
No. 12-CDBG-8405, in the amount of $1,400,000, and approving a supplemental appropriation to establish

5. ADOPTION OF A FACILITY AND PARK FEE WAIVER POLICY- staff report
The Council will consider the adoption of a Facility and Park Fee Waiver Policy {"Policy").

The Council may consider a supplemental appropriation for the Professional Services Agreement with R.L.
Hastings & Associates, LLC, for the preparation ofmulti-family rental projects long-term monitoring, in the

The City Council will hold a Closed Session on the following:
1. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(b), the City Council will meet with City Aftorney, Scott E.
Huber, and Interim City Administrator, Peter Cosentini, regarding potential litigation -one case.
The meeting will be adjourned. A regular meeting of the Oroville City Council will be held on Tuesday, February 5,
2013 at 5:00 p.m.
