ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2012 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A BUDGET FOR PROGRAM ACTIV171ES -staff report The Council may consider accepting the 2012 Community Development Block Grant allocation, Agreement No. 12-CDBG-8405, in the amount of $1,400,000, and approving a supplemental appropriation to establish the budget for program activities. ADOPTION OF A FACILITY AND PARK FEE WAIVER POLICY- staff report The Council will consider the adoption of a Facility and Park Fee Waiver Policy {"Policy"). Adopt Resolution No. 8023 - A RESOLUTION OF THE OROVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF A FACILITY AND PARK FEE WAIVER POLICY. SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH R.L. HASTINGS AND ASSOCIATES -staff report The Council may consider a supplemental appropriation for the Professional Services Agreement with R.L.
