This is the time the Mayor will invite anyone in the audience wishing #o address the Council on a matter that is on the
agenda to state your name and the agenda item on which you wish to speak. When that item comes up on the agenda,
you will be asked to step to the podium, repeat your name for the record, and make your presentation orask questions
regarding the agenda item. Following your remarks, Council andlor staff may respond to yourcamments or questions.
Presentations are limited to three minutes per person. Under Government Code Section 54954.3 the time allotted
for presentations may be limited.
SPONSORSHIP REQUEST OROVILLE SAFETY DAY -staff report
The Council will accept the sponsorship request that was approved by the Executive Committee for $1,500
from Beyond the Walls Ministry for the OroviAe Safety Day event to be held .tune 28, 2012 at the Southside

Council Action Requested: Accept the Executive Committee's approval of a sponsorship request for
$1,500 from Beyond the Walls Ministries for the Oroville Safety Day event to be held June 28, 2012 at
the Southside Community Center.
2. RE-APPOINTMI=NTS TO THE OROVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION -staff report
The Council will consider re-appointing City residents, Damon Robison, Hardeep Singh, Randy Chapman, Jr.
and Adonna Brand to continue serving on the Oroville Planning Commission. {G. Harold Duffey, City

Council Action Requested: Re-appoint City residents, Damon Robison, Mardeep Singh, Randy Chapman,
Jr. and Adonna Brand to continue serving on the Oroville Planning Commission for four year terms
ending June 30, 2016.
3. RE-AppOINTMENTSIAPPOINTMENTS TO THE OROVILLE PARK COMMISSION -staff report
The Council will consider re-appointing City residents, Scott Lawrence and Freda Flint and appointing City
June 27, 2012- 5:00 p.m. City Council Meefing -Agenda
