Fire) for mutual assistance with fire protection in the Mutual Threat Zone, in the recently annexed foothill

have been projected as part of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Licensing ofthe Oroville Project

1. Direct staff to acquire an Updated Development Impact Fee: Study from Revenue & Cast
Specialists, LLC, that identifies the capita[ projects and capital acquisitions-necessary #o
provide the appropriate levels of service to the citizens of Oroville through the sole source
process:

2. Direct staff to initiate through the request for proposals process to have a comprehensive
Development Impact Fee Nexus Study completed that will identify the capital projects and
capital acquisitions necessary to provide the appropriate levels of service to the citizens of
Oroville.
12. AMEND THE 2012 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND ESTABLISHMENT
OF A BUDGET FOR PROGRAM ACTIVITIES -staff report .
The Council may consider amending the budget for the 2012 Community Development Block Grant
Allocation,. Agreement No. 12-CDBG-8405, 'and approving a supplemental appropriation in the amount of

The Council may consider a Professional Services Agreement with MRO Engineers for engineering design
services relating to the Ora Dam BoulevardlOrange AvenuelAcacia Avenue Signalization Project, in an

4. Approve the Deputy City Clerk position as an exempt employee represented by the Oroville
City Confidential Association.
