RESPONSE TO 2010-2011 BUTTE COUNTY GRAND JURY REPORT -staff report The Council wilt consider approving the response to the 2010-2011 Butte County Grand Jury Report related to the Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force, South facilities, which are owned by the City of Oroville. Huber, City Attorney) Council Action Requested: Alaprove the City of Oroville's response to the 2010-2011 Butte County Grand Jury Report and authorize the Vice Mayor to sign the response on behalf of the City Council. 6. AMENDMENT TO THE FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF OROVILLE AND THE OROVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RELATING TO THE ALLOCATION OF FUTURE TAX INCRI=MENT REVENUE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, GRAFITTI REMOVAL, AND ADMINSTRATIVE OVERHEAD, AND ESTABLISHMENT OF HOUSING AUTHORITY - staff report The Council will consider an Amendment to the Funding Agreement between the City of Oroville and the Oroville Redevelopment Agency cancelling the funding far future public capital improvements, affordable housing, graffiti abatement and removal, and administrative overhead. The Council will also consider the cancellation of Resolution No. 7694 which established a Housing Authority in the City of Oroville. (Scott E. Huber, City Attorney) Council Action Requested: Adopt Resolution No. 7785 - A RESOLUTION OF THE OROVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VICE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF OROVILLE AND THE OROVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CANCELLING THE FUNDING FOR FUTURE PUBLIC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, GRAFFITI ABATEMENT AND REMOVAL, AND ADMINISTRATRIVE OVI=RHEAD - (Agreement Na. 1992-1 ). 2. ORDINANCE CONTINUING THE OROVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PURSUANT TO ABX1 27 - VOLUNTARY PAYMENTS -staff report The Council will conduct a public hearing and consider an Ordinance complying with the Volun#ary Alterative Redevelopment Program, pursuant to ABX to allow the Oroville Redevelopment Agencyto continue its 127 to permit the existence and operation of the Oroville Redevelopment Agency. ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CITY'S CONSOLIDATED BENEFIT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, ZONES 1-8 -- staff report The Council will conduct a public hearing and consider approving the Annual Engineer's Report and levy assessments relating to eight (8) Benefit Assessment Distric#s. (Rick Walls, Director of Public Works) Council Action Requested: Adopt Resolution No. 7780 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO APPROVE THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT REPORT, AS SUBMITTED OR AMENDED, AND TO ORDER THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE OROVILLE CONSOLIDATED BENEFIT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011192. 2.
