2. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR VETI=BANS MEMORIAL
SIDEWALK PROJECT - s#aff report
The Commission will consider a Memorandum of Understanding with Butte County for the Veterans
Memorial Sidewalk Project. The Commission will also consider authorizing the use of Redevelopment
Agency funds, in the amount of $25,000, for the shared cost for the replacement of the existing sidewalks
along the existing Veterans Memorial Hall and proposed Veterans Memorial Park. (Rick Walls, Director

1. Adopt Resolution No.11-fl9 -A RESOLUTION OF THE OROVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORISING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF

UNDERSTANDING WITH THE COUNTY DF BUTTE FOR THE VETERANS MEMDRIAL
SIDEWALK PROJECT - (Agreement No. 11-05).
2. Authorize the use of $25,000 in RDA funding to support the cost to reconstruct the sidewalks
along the frontages of the Veterans Memorial Hall and the future Veterans Memorial Park.

3. COMMITMENT OF REDEVELOPMENTAGENCY FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TWE OROVILLE
SENIOR APARTMENT PROJECT LOCATED AT 1511 ROBINSON STREET, OROVILLE - s#aff report
The Commission will consider committing Redevelopment Agency Set-Aside funds, in the amount of
$1,000,000; for the development of•the Oroville Senior Apartment Project located at 1511 Robinson Street,
Oroville. (Pat Clark, Director of Business Assistance and Housing Deve€opment)
Commission Ac#ion Requested:
1. Adopt Resolution No.11-10,- A RESOLUTION, OF THE.OROVILLE REDEVELOPMENTAGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE COMMITMENT OF AGENCY HOUSING SET ASIDE FUNDS TO BE USED
FOR THE OROVILLE SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT LOCATED AT 1511 ROBINOSN STREET,
OROVILLE AND AUTHORIZE AND DIRECT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXL~CUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE LOAN DISBURSEMENT OF THESE FUNDS, INCLUPDING ANY
AMENDMENTS THERETO.
2. Approve Supplemental Appropriation No.2010111-0411-26 as indicated in the April 5, 2011 staff
report.
4. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT W€TH BROWN AND CALDWELL TO CONDUCT THE
UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY'S BROWNSFIELD ASSE5SMENT
GRANT -staff report
The Commission will consider approving a Professional Services Agreement with Brown and Caldwell to
conduct the United States E*nvironmen#al Protection Agency's Brownsfield Assessment Grant in an amount not
to exceed $385,000. (G. Harold Duffey, Executive Director)
