counter-productive and unreasonab#e to measure setbacks from any fencing when the purported nuisance is #ite

the same time is odd and unfair.
In closing, Supervisors Conneity and lambert bath statedat the last meeting that any~action dvouid i1e only
complaint driven to influence the,audience..It is our.belie€ that this promise should rightful#y be so stated in the
ardinance itself.- -
