Individuals or agencies wishing to provide input to the PIC on any agenda items are

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Financial report of PIC obligations and Assets-Eileen Crabtree
Action Requested: Accept report
B. Resolution for consideration of filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition
Action Requested: Authorize PIC Board President to sign resolution
and proceed with filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petition.
C. Engagement of Law Offices of Jacobs, Anderson, Potter and Chaplin.
Action Requested: Authorize Executive Director to enter into an
engagement agreement with Doug Jacobs, Attorney at Law.
D.. Resignation ofDirector-Cathi Grams
Action Requested: Accept letter of resignation with regrets.
E.. Request from NoRTEC for an audit of WIA funds.
Action Requested: Give staff direction to respond to audit request.
