In response to the request for comment on TSM16-0001 for parcel#040-280-119 and 070.
The comments I would like to add to the boards discussion is the low water table the residences at parcel #s, 040-280-
048,049,051,053,062,063,064,065 and 066 have experiened.
In the last four years the water table has dropped significantly in this area. I am the owner of parcel 040-280049
known as 9115 Midway. About two years ago the water table had dropped over 30 feet and my well ran dry after
lowering the pump to its maximum depth of 85 feet. I was forced to drill a new deeper well.

I understand a couple of the neighbors wells ran dry for the first time this year and were having to bring in water. One
neighbor was at 115 feet.
Mondays and Tuesdays are the worst because the farmers in the area seem to water on the weekend when the
electricity rates are lower.
I do not have a specific objection to the request for the appeal I would just appreciate the county acting with the best
interests of the neighbors in regards to the low water table issue this are is experiencing.
