Estates Drive - consideration of an amendment to
the contribution agreement with the State of
California, Department of Transportation for the
installation of a traffic control signal and
safety lighting project on State Route 99 at
Estates Drive. The amendment proposes language
changes requested by the State regarding
potential funding sources - action requested -
ADOPT RESOLUTION AMENDING CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN (AGREEMENT
SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY COUNTY COUNSEL AND THE
