Agreements 3.40 * Prison Health Services - Extension of Interim Price and Terms
and and Conditions - Board approval is requested by the
Grants Administrative Office for an extension to the interim
agreement with Prison Health Services to provide health
services at the Butte County Juvenile Hall and Butte County
Jail. The proposed extension of 60-days will allow additional
time for selection and establishment of a contractor selected
through the Request For Proposal process. The rate of
compensation and terms and conditions will remain the same
through the extension period - action requested - APPROVE
EXTENSION TO INTERIM AGREEMENT ON PRICING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
