3.38 * Request for School Bond Election - the Oroville
City Elementary School District, by Resolution
No. 99-00-06, adopted February 28, 2000, has
requested the County Clerk-Recorder-Registrar of
Voters to conduct a special school bond election to
be held Tuesday, June 6, 2000. The cost of the
election will be paid by the District prior to the
election - action requested - AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY
CLERK TO CONDUCT THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOND ELECTION.
