NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, the Butte County Board
of Supervisors does hereby call a special meeting, jointly
sponsored by the Board of Supervisors and the Airport Land Use
Commission, as follows:

4.01 Discussion of Topics of Mutual Concern to the Board of
Supervisors and the Airport Land Use Commission
(ALUC) - action requested - FOR DISCUSSION ONLY, BOARD
ACTION NOT REQUESTED.
1. Time line and expectations regarding the
Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) updates;
2. Clarification of the status and plans of the
annual update process;
3. Issues related to signage in the vicinity of the
Chico Municipal Airport;
4. Discussion regarding requirements for an override
of an ALUC decision, including clarification of
the term "Governing Body" of Butte County;
5. Oroville Airport - discussion relating to
processing of a use permit application for a
proposed mobile home park near the Oroville
airport; and
6. Discussion regarding ALUC staffing issues.
